Exercising against ARS

The ARS exposure results in a perception of a foreign matter embedded in the body including the spinal cord and neck section where it is usually felt the strongest.  The experience of the Affected Person suggests that an upper body exercise routine capable of disturbing the embedded ARS substance is beneficial in battling the ARS related discomfort.

Examples of exercise equipment found useful are presented in Fig. 1 though Fig. 6.  These exercise stations are located at the former "Fort Monroe" military base in Hampton, VA next to the pavilion style buildings (described on the PSS page) right across the Eustis Ln.

As can be seen from the photos below the exercise stations are installed some distance apart which allows a combination of short distance running (between the stations) combined with the strength and dynamic exercises performed at the stations.  This approach is beneficial in that the ARS matter is believed to be deposited though the lungs a lot at the Hampton, VA 23666 research site according to the account of the Affected Person.  Running was found to be one of the most effective techniques in making the lung mucus come out which is believed to be causing the ARS matter to come out too.

Occasional long distance running was still necessary at a lower frequency than the exercises which can be performed using the equipment shown in Fig. 1 though Fig. 6 below.  Even though the use of the DPTOAVS systems inside of the PSS has allowed for the lungs of the Affected Person to feel cleaner longer it was still necessary to run long distance (i.e. 3 to 7 miles) every 4 to 7 days.
