Adverse Residential Signatures (ARS)

Announcements - page 2 of 2

May 4, 2026:  The statement about the high efficiency of the Minsk Sleeping Station (MSS) was premature, the issue is the Implantation ARS type 8 which was being blocked originally but now passes through and felt as more intense dense plume.  Further improvements of MSS are needed.  Author apologizes for the premature overestimation of the efficiency of MSS and making a statement which turned out to be invalid, more tests should have been made.  Further studies are needed, the design on MSS is being finalized within the resources available.

The state of the Affected Person has been steadily improving recently due to the resources available from the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) and the technical means implemented.  Continuing observations does not provide much new information.  As such the future of the research on Adverse Residential Signatures (ARS) is currently unknown due to the lack of funds, lack of testing equipment, loss of the primary research site in Hampton, VA 23666, and due to the significant reduction in the intensity of ARS effects perceived by the Affected Person at alternative research sites.  Also, Author is not sure if continuing research on ARS is necessary.  The Affected Person was exposed to ARS for 12 years.

Minsk Sleeping Station (MSS)

On April 1, 2026 a new sleeping station configuration component was implemented in Minsk, Belarus which has demonstrated a significant reduction in the perceived ARS exposure.  Namely the perception of hotness has gone down and some other ARS effects went down in intensity.

What is Claimed

A sleeping station COMPRISING a pocketed coil mattress placed on the elevated SUB (SUT) frame with 2 innerspring mattresses installed at both sides of the pocketed coil mattress in a "laser cavity style",  the 2 innerspring mattresses BEING LIFTED UP from the floor to only span the sleeping area and the pocketed coil mattress along its thickness,  and further COMPRISING two aluminum foil sheets (i.e. on a cardboard backing) spanning said two Innerspring mattresses on the outside,  said aluminum foil sheets BEING substantially LONGER then the innerspring mattresses along their length, and further COMPRISING ...

Notes:  Must be supplemented with an outside air pass through ventilation system (i.e. DPTOAVS) or "a slit in the window" may be sufficient (see Hotel 3 and Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).  The SUB (SUT) sleeping surface and under the innerspring mattresses may have to be aluminum lined.  Electrical separation between separate sheets may be necessary (5 sheets - innersprings sides, under pocketed coil, under innersprings).  Addition of metal lath along each innerspring mattress surface might improve efficiency for shielding against higher frequency ARS vibrating could type (2).

Righteous Sofia, the Princess of Slutsk

April 1 is the Feast of Saint Sofia of Слуцк (another link Zofia of Słuck) who passed away at the age of 26 during childbirth and whose whole body relics rest at the Minsk Central Cathedral.

Adverse Residential Signatures (ARS)

The primary research site in Hampton, VA 23666 was closed on August 28, 2025 due to the lack of funds.

In the photo:  A framed wall picture is shown which happened to be hung above the sofa before the ARS phenomena was first observed / research started at the Hampton, VA 23666 research site.  Over the last several years of research on ARS at the site a young skinny and heavily tattooed (including the neck and maybe parts of face) man would occasionally stand at a nearby intersection with a cardboard stating: "I bet you could hit me with a quarter".

Daily Extreme Orthodox Recovery Routine (DEORR)

Daily Extreme Orthodox Recovery Routine (DEORR) is a daily routine combining resources provided by the Orthodox church with exercising and selected technical means aimed at recovering from a heavy and continuing exposure to Adverse Residential Signatures.

Tests performed on the Affected Person in Minsk, Belarus suggest the recommended duration of DEORR to be 2 to 4 months.

Pocketed Coil Mattress against ARS

Sleeping on a pocketed coil mattress (model Vegas Modern M1 used in Minsk, Belarus) demonstrated a significant reduction in the intensity of many types of ARS which is believed to largely be attributed to the shielding capabilities of a large number of coils (1200 per 2 m2 for Vegas Modern M1) stacked within the mattress.

In the photo:  Sample small scale Vegas demo mattresses fragments (model Comfort F5, Modern M1, and Exclusive X5 shown) used at the store to demonstrate the internal structure of the mattress showing pocketed coils inside arranged in a honeycomb or square pattern.  Could be used for additional spatial shielding arrangements in addition to a complete mattress.  Mattress fragments shown typically retailed at 17 BYN (< 6 USD) brand new were acquired at a floor model discounted price of 5 BYN (< 2 USD) each.

Resonant Cavity Dampening (RCD)

RCD is a technique which demonstrates the capability to significantly reduce the intensity of ARS effects perceived in the PSS.  The RCD relies on the use of 4 oversized stainless steel flasks arranged in pairs of 2 - one pair in the feet and another pair around the head in a way to form a "laser cavity style" arrangement.

Bottom Layer Air Recirculation (BLAR)

Observations suggest that ARS may rely on a formation of a layer of unknown media/structures directly above the floor surface.  To disrupt that layer the Bottom Layer Air Recirculation (BLAR) technique is suggested.  BLAR is a method of attaching air ducts to a built in HVAC unit leading to the floor in order to run bottom layer air through the HVAC ducts and optionally through the VPE wiring on the way out of the HVAC output ducts.  The technique is believed to reduce the severity of ARS by canceling out some of the ARS matter capabilities.  The BLAR system is now also connected to the PSS in combination with DPTOAVS to form the DPTOAVS-BLAR.

Sleeping Stations for shielding from ARS

The development of a sleeping station effective in shielding from exposure to ARS.  Recent effort was concentrated on the development of the Pavilion Sleeping Station (PSS) as a continuation of the earlier DSS sleeping station studies.  Related work included modifications to the DPTOAVS previously also documented on the PSS page, and shielding improvements including the STEEAL shielding modifications. The most recent work included the addition of the RCD system to the PSS.  The Soviet Union Bed (SUB) is the planned next succession of sleeping stations.

In the photo:  One stage in the DSS sleeping station design at the now closed Hampton, VA 23666 research site is shown.  On the morning the wings were first added to the DSS the suspected ARS personnel occupying the apartment one floor above was seen leave (dressed in clothing with a weird multi-color combination) and return with heavy bags.  Writer speculates that this was dictated by the need to add more ARS equipment to cover/compensate for the expanded wings coverage of the sleeping station.

Distributed Pass Through Outside Air Ventilation System (DPTOAVS)

The Distributed Pass Through Outside Air Ventilation System (DPTOAVS) is a ventilation system tested on the Pavilion Sleeping Station (PSS) implemented in an attempt to battle the ARS matter induced in the air surrounding the Affected Person in the sleeping station by constantly displacing the air inside of the sleeping station at a high airflow rate.

In the photo:  The air intake structure of the DPTOAVS for the PSS showing the Bissell air400 unit used for taking in air from outside.  Smaller left corner photo demonstrates the Aluminum Ceiling Pot (AlCP) air intake nozzle of DPTOAVS leading to the PSS.

Intense light against ARS

The use of moderate power (i.e. xenon) gas discharge light sources is being investigated to be used against ARS.

In the photo:  (What appears to be taken from a runway) a dust, humidity and vibration proof enclosure equipped with an IFK-150 xenon gas discharge light bulb from a military airport in Belarus decommissioned in 1991 is shown.  The highest flash energy of IFK-150 is 150 J and the highest repetition rate is 2 Hz.  Procured with an asking price of 5 BYN (< 2 USD).

Observations of ARS phenomena in Hotels

The primary research site in Hampton, VA 23666 was closed on August 28, 2025 due to the lack of funds.  Further research on ARS is continued at other locations including several hotels in the United States.

In the photo:  The demolition of what used to be a Red Roof Inn at the Coliseum Drive in Hampton, VA 23666 (photo taken on Feb 9, 2026).  As can be seen the hotel had a metal panel roof similar to the formerly military buildings located at Fort Monroe, VA.

Retroreflectors against ARS

The first LASER was in the microwave region and as such was called a MASER.  A limited number of single cell oversize retroreflector tests were performed at the now closed Hampton, VA 23666 research site.

In the photo:  A rough inexpensive simple single cell retroreflector made with aluminum foil, cardboard and painter's tape is shown.  It is anticipated that such retroreflectors may be used to reflect the microwave (and possibly some other types of unidentified ARS) radiation roughly back to its origin.  The imperfection of the reflector can be thought of as an advantage for anti-ARS use since there is a certain uncertainty as far as where exactly the reflected radiation will land at introducing an unpredictability factor for the ARS personnel to be mindful of.  A perfect retroreflector will reflect all radiation that falls onto it to its origin.

Rretroreflectors are essential components of any sleeping station and any ARS contaminated site.  Careful retroreflectors locations selection is required because it is the ARS personnel who is in the possession of the active EMF equipment which they can regulate the intensity and direction of.
