Some relevant details about the Affected Person

The information below is in reference to the experience of the Affected Person in the United States of America.

It should be mentioned that one of the things experienced by the Affected Person (AP) in the past was hearing voices and different sounds etc. internally.  It happened after the AP noticed unknown people following him around.  Among the things worth mentioning is hearing (and being able to communicate with) some voices which identified themselves as the "purchasing committee".  It did not happen by itself. the AP was placed on an Admin Leave and started experiencing some unusual things at home like high pitched sounds etc.. first which later developed into hearing things at different "channels" or "frequencies".

During that time of being able to hear voices one of the things heard was a threat that the brain of the AP may be cut out, to be more specific something similar to "I can make your brain be cut out but I don't need it like that".  On another occasion a phone number in the State of Delaware was dictated to the Affected Person internally which the AP did not call right away but did so at a later time.  Upon calling that number there was a pre-recorded message left by a male person stating "T72 not activated".  On yet another occasion the Affected Person found himself stranded at one location and abandoned his vehicle.  At that time the AP realized that if he would let his lips loose they would move and say things to him.  Specifically, a number in Manhattan, New York (to the best of AP's memory) was dictated but since the AP was too disoriented then the lips stated "Call 911".  It is not yet time to release the complete story of the Affected Person.  The Affected Person was never openly informed of what he was being exposed to and never gave any explicit in-person, explicit person-to-person, or any written, or any verbal consent to be exposed to the Adverse Residential Signatures (ARS) although the "voices" stated that the AP gave his consent in his dreams.  But apparently the AP went far enough in the process at a level of free will before turning around for this to become an issue for the US Government.

To be fair it must be stated that on one occasion after visiting one consultant arranged through the Employee Assistance Program, someone the Affected Person knew well stated that "now you just need to listen" and the Affected Person listened to some sounds in his apartment as appeared coming from the right wall, is how the Affected Person started experiencing weird sensations in the brain etc..  At the time he had the notion that he was being recruited to be in the "special forces" however childish or naive it sounds is why he listened.  The Affected Person did have some flaws in the personality but not to the point of wanted to be bad.  The AP was fooled but fortunately not all the way.

After a set of extreme events and a short trip to a psychiatric facility the Affected Person was in his apartment and woke up around 5AM.  The Affected Person was being conveyed a message by a voice he could hear internally which first identified himself as the AP's boss at the time.  That voice stated that even though the AP was taking medication to prevent hearing things, the brain has a lot of ways to still be able to pass the message through, and then a message stating and/or conveying the following was delivered: "All equipment will be removed from your apartment.  Nothing you have done unintentionally will cause you harm.  You will find a job as a human or as a robot.  You are not alone.".  It should be mentioned that, the way the Affected Person understands it, the message was conveyed as a projection onto the system of believes (interpretation) of the situation at the time.  Even though some other alternating effects preserved for a longer time, the AP stopped taking medication about 9 months after the trip to the psychiatric clinic and stopped continuously hearing voices several years after without taking medication or going to doctors but only attending services at ROC or ROCOR, and trying to follow the commandments, and taking the Holy Communion once a month, and reading Psalter including the commemoration of the living and the dead on a regular basis. The information presented on this website pertains to techniques which could be used to disable (effectively terminate) an unwanted person in residential settings.  Author believes that the Marlboro psychiatric hospital is one of the facilities where the methods currently used in residential environment to disable/terminate people were fine-tuned at the early design stages.  Author further came to a conclusion that the information obtained so far suggests that the selected bodies within the US Government (and its contractors) are running "research and development" programs with demons which includes interfacing with the human body in different ways.  Such activities must be carried out in other countries but the most pronounced experience of the Affected Person was in the United States of America.

In recent years the Affected Person started experiencing stronger exposure to ARS in Minsk, Belarus.  It is currently hard to ascertain the level of exposure but it appears to be at a lower level compared to that experienced at the primary research cite in Hampton, Virginia, 23666, United States.  It is currently not known if the existence of ARS in Belarus is funded by the local government or by a source outside of the country.  Due to the possibility of attending Orthodox services on a daily basis (i.e. evening services) opposing exposure to ARS in Belarus appears to be easier than in the United States.

Conclusions and Recommendations

The abbreviated story of the Affected Person was placed on this website in the hope that if may become useful to someone going through similar circumstances.  The main advice Affected Person may give is to go to Confession and Holy Communion at an Orthodox Church on a regular basis or start doing so as soon as possible after observing some weird events unfold or some strange people hang around at frequently visited locations.  One need to be Holy Communed as soon as possible which allows God to direct the actions of a person to avoid making the mistakes of the Affected Person.  Otherwise one may get arrested for a staged crime and/or may have to visit a psychiatric facility etc. as a remedy and to cover things up which may take a very long time to recover from and get back on track.

The Affected Person came to a conclusion that the perception of someone being after you, possibly accompanied by people following you around, and a notion of being recruited into some "special forces" one may desperately want to be a part of could be related to a challenge initiated by God for some people, a battle for one soul capable of making a huge difference if one makes the right choices.  That is why it is important to try to avoid being judgmental about the events and people involved and try to follow the 10 Commandments and the Commandments from the New Testament.
