The Daily Extreme Orthodox Recovery Routine (DEORR) includes attendance of daily services at an Orthodox church and as such requires to be located in a country where the Orthodox religion is predominant such as Russia or Belarus where services are held daily in major cities.  The DEORR assumes that an Affected Person participated in DEORR is unemployed.
The home readings sequences and some elements of the exercise routine were developed in the United States while residing at the now closed Hampton, VA 23666 research site which were later incorporated into a complete routine involving daily church services in Minsk, Belarus.
Tests performed on the Affected Person in Minsk, Belarus suggest the recommended duration of DEORR to be 2 to 4 months.  For a lighter routine allowing more work time (and/or for someone whose exposure to ARS is less) the morning church services may be skipped.
1)  It is important to sleep on a mattress with a high spring count and high spring density (a pocketed coil mattress such as, for example, the Vegas Modern M1 is recommended).  The exact optimum mattress shielding scheme is yet to be established.  The shielding effectiveness of the pocketed coil mattress was discovered in Minsk, Belarus.
2)  Occasional use of xenon photo flashes.  The exact technical implementation of xenon-based light sources is yet to be developed.
1)  Confession and Communion at least once a month.
2)  Reading sequence (4) under the "Specific Orthodox reading sequences found useful against ARS" listed on the Orthodox resources page at night.
3)  Breakfast in the morning.
4)  Attending a Liturgy at an Orthodox Church (including a Moleben at the end of the service, followed by a Panikhida).  It is preferable to choose a location where the church is within a walking distance from the residence.
5)  An outdoor exercise routine using equipment similar to the one shown in this link.  It is preferable that the Exercise equipment is located close to the church to be able to perform exercises right after (or before) Liturgy.  The exercise routine is an important part of the DEORR to disturb the bonds of ARS formed in the body and to maintain good health.
6)  Reading One Kathisma (or more if desired) of Psalter at home immediately after coming back from the exercising (or Liturgy).
7)  Lunch, free time to be spent in accord with the Orthodox commandments, dinner.
8)  Attending an evening service at an Orthodox church (this would usually be "Great Vespers" or a "Vigil" in major cities).
9)  Reading of Five Kathismas as one set immediately after coming back from the service or shortly after.  This reading may also be done during the day instead.
10)  Reading an additional Kathisma once in a while during the course of the day or night as felt needed.
Note: The exercise portion of the routine does not have to be done daily but should be done at least every other day.  The church related parts of the routine should not be skipped if possible.  It is preferable to adhere to the routine above continuously for several months (at least 2 months, with 4 months recommended).  Parts of the routine which seem to be excessive or too difficult to do on specific days should be skipped or reduced.
The Daily Extreme Orthodox Recovery Routine (DEORR) was originally called the Extreme anti-AdReS Recovery Sequence (EaARS).
