"Vibrating cloud" - ARS type

"Vibrating cloud" appears to be a disturbance of space perceived as spatial vibrations by the body of the AP.  Observations suggest that the "vibrating cloud" corresponds to volumes of space where the ARS matter can be created/induced or possibly "teleported" to through an unknown physical process.  The "Vibrating cloud" can be induced at varying locations and may possibly require a surface to be attached to.  Observations suggest that the are 2 vibrating cloud application methods: (1) The induction of the vibrating cloud in a volume of space overlapping a body resulting in a creation of the ARS matter directly within the body (direct embedment), and (2) Initiation of a vibrating cloud around or in the vicinity of the body for subsequent relocation for implantation or inhalation of the induced ARS matter into the body by the Affected Person.

As such, the exposure to the vibrating cloud for a long period of time was observed to result in (1) a perception of foreign matter "embedded" into the body tissue within the region where the vibrating cloud is felt overlapping the body, or (2) a perception of a form of turbulent matter circulating around the body created at locations felt by the body as regions of spacial vibrations.

The vibrating cloud was also reported to be uncomfortable by itself and make it more difficult to fall asleep or have a comfortable sleep while being exposed to it.

There appears to be 2 types of vibrating cloud deposition approaches: (1) "Pulsed vibrating cloud deposition" where the vibrating cloud packet is deposited to the desired location, and (2) "Continuous vibrating cloud deposition" when a continuous stream of vibrating cloud excitation can be "focused" at a desired site.

The processing with a "Pulsed deposition vibrating cloud" is typically felt to be induced at the surface selected body regions rest upon (i.e. a pillow, sleeping surface seat etc.).  Past observations from before more elaborate shielding schemes were implemented indicated feet as being the preferred site for initial "vibrating cloud" ARS matter initialization, but this has changed since then to include other part of the body.  The reports of the Affected Person suggest that on many occasions the onset of the "vibrating cloud" is preceded by what is felt as a "packet of vibrations" projected towards the targeted region of space which is preceded/accompanied by what is felt an audible pulse of an unknown type which can be felt by the AP when the targeted region encompasses the head / neck.  The packets of vibrations can vary in sizes including (on one occasion) being as big as the size of the sleeping surface.  The vibrating could induced at other sites such as feet is sometimes felt to "travel" towards the neck where it stays and is believed to be capable of embedding the ARS matter inside of the neck.

Countermeasures: (1) Illumination with moderate power xenon discharge tube photo flashes was found to be capable of partially altering the "vibrating cloud" in some cases.  "Vibrating cloud" was found difficult to shield from, metal shielding showed some effectiveness but no exact effective shielding scheme has been found.  (2) Another technique found useful against the vibrating cloud type of ARS signature (during experiments with DPTOAVS inside the PSS) is to evacuate the volumes of air where the vibrating cloud effects are being felt, which could probably also be done with a vacuum cleaner.

On one occasion while experiencing a "vibrating cloud" effect in the chest area while laying down, a pained bulky metal structure (a rear car seat back frame) was placed on the chest of the Affected Person before falling asleep which reduced the perception of the vibrating cloud to a comfortable level sufficient to fall asleep.  Upon waking up the Affected Person uncovered traces of intense perspiration at the chest region where the vibrating cloud was felt and the heavy painted steel object rested upon.  The perspiration effect is believed to be related to the release of energy contained in the "vibrating cloud".

In view of the above result the following experiment involving the use of 2 galvanized roof panels was conducted.  The AP would experiment sleeping in between of the 2 galvanized panels as illustrated in Fig. 1 and 2.  If remembered correctly, the bottom panel was covered with a bed sheet while the Affected Person was covered with a blanket and the second roof panel.  As can be seen from Fig. 1 and 2, the bottom panel shows damage/deformation sustained in the course of the experiment.  The initial result of the experiment was similar to when a bulky metal object was placed on the chest of the AP in that the discomfort attributed to the vibrating cloud exposure was reduced and the traces of intense perspiration were observed in the body of upon waking up.  The shielding efficiency and the perspiration effect of the 2-panel setup soon disappeared which is attributed to the high degree of adaptability of the ARS application equipment to a changing environment / shielding configurations.  It should also be pointed out that on one occasion at the time the experiment illustrated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 was conducted the Affected Person could feel an unusually large volume of foreign substance present in the surrounding environment upon waking up.
