WiFi networks and ARS

The ARS is believed to have something to do with electromagnetic radiation.  Shielding of the sleeping station (including patching of gaps) with metal panels, aluminum foil, and thermal/space blankets has demonstrated the capability to reduce the severity at least of some types of ARS effects.

As such one suggested way which may be good for testing the quality of the anti-ARS shielding dome is by measuring the strength of the WiFi signal from routers located in the vicinity of the sleeping station since the WiFi signal was found to be quite difficult to shield from especially for routers located closer to the shielding dome.

It is possible that the WiFi is also used in the process of ARS administration and for intimidation purposes which may be supported by 2 observations as follows:

(1) The first observation was made at the current primary Hampton, VA 23666 research site while the Affected Person was sleeping in the Rollx handicapped van.  At the time the presence of a network called "rudypooh" with a high strength of signal was established to be present both at the research site apartment as well as at a substantial distance from the apartment but within the rental property.  The "rudypooh" WiFi network is also one of the few networks which are the most difficult to shield from and still visible within the shielding dome of the PSS at the time of this writing.  At the time of this writing the shielding of the sleeping station has become good enough (after the attachment of higher density space/thermal blanket over the entrance door as described in the shielding section) so that no WiFi networks are detectable inside of the PSS, except for the "rudypooh" as seen in Fig. 1.

(2) The second observation dates several years back to another location in Hampton, VA 23666 the affected person used to be residing at where some unusual events unfolded including some effects experienced by the Affected Person resembling several ARS types.  At that time the Affected Person noticed the presence of a couple of WiFi networks with weird names (one such network called "FBIVan#42") and made an uneducated attempt to try to establish to direction of the origin of that network by moving a laptop around and rotating an external WiFi antenna with a metal baking sheet behind it paired with a WiFi strength measuring software.  Obviously this measurement attempt was a failure but in doing so the Affected Person noticed the intermittent appearance and disappearance of a new WiFi network called "wubwubwubwub" (as can be seen in Fig. 2) while the measurement attempts were carried out.  Writer does not exclude the possibility that a network with such name was a way to ridicule and play "cat and mouse" with the Affected Person.

Besides the 2 observations above it was suggested in the past to use WiFi signal for passive through the walls mapping of the interior of rooms in buildings as demonstrated (for example) in link 1, link 2, and link 3.
